The museum, located in the Faculty of Sciences and created for didactic and informative purposes, holds an extensive collection of almost 6.000 objects and animals, displayed in 94 showcases. It is open to anyone wishing to visit.

The most important collections are displayed throughout the five floors of the building: shells, geology, insects, amphibious fish and reptiles. However the most spectacular section is the one dedicated to displaying large dissected animals.

Opening times: Monday to Friday: from 10 to 13 h and from 16 to 18 h. Saturdays from 10 to 13h.
